I am a professional author and Ghostwriter who provides writing services as a ghostwriter, researcher, and freelancer, and also sells books and provides illustration services on this website. No information on any orders or customers may be shared on this website. I will not share any customer or order information of any customers, their orders, book names, or outlines with any other person for promotion and/or confirmation. Ghostwriting as part of freelance writing is confidential and no information about customers or orders may be shared except if done so by the customers themselves.
Delivery Policy
Please note that deliveries in South Africa will be done via Courier Guy/Pudo/Postnet for R100 per parcel depending on the size of the order and parcel. International and/or other deliveries abroad must be arranged by the customer and confirmed with us at in**@ma***********.za .
Deliveries within South Africa are done within 2 to 4 days depending on the regional area and courier availability.

Ghostwriting Privacy Policy
Should you sign up with me as your ghostwriter and we sign a privacy agreement it will work as follows:
- Reach out to me on my email, in**@ma***********.za to discuss your order, book idea, and outline.
- I will provide a quotation based on USD per 100k words or Rand per 100k words. Larger orders are quoted based on the word count of the full project.
- We sign the confidentiality agreement. You are likely to share information with me that would go beyond the boundaries of the book I need to assure you that all information shared would remain confidential at all times.
- You pay the deposit as agreed upon.
- On completion of your manuscript, I share a link for the document to be reviewed and checked for changes to be made if needed. You pay the full amount outstanding and you can publish on Amazon, Kindle, or traditional publishers of your choice without being worried about privacy issues. The manuscript will be published under your own name.
- An anonymous review can be left to in**@ma***********.za and we will make sure your information and manuscript information remains a secret.
Returns Policy
CONFIRMED CUSTOMER ORDERS:
- Returns will only be accepted due to damage on arrival of the customer and must be returned in the original condition, packaging, and labeling.
- We will accept the cancelation of orders and returns under certain situations after review. A returns application must be sent to in**@ma***********.za and a 25% handling fee will be charged.
- No returns will be accepted after 7 (seven) days of purchase and the damage is due to the customer’s mishandling.
- We do not accept returns on audio files and/or digital items.

Comments

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website indicated as free to use.

How long we retain your data
